“AH JUST A RED RONA “ We’re excited to offer this fancy registered gelding! Dusty gets lots of compliments anywhere we take him, for how he rides and for his good looks. With his four white socks, the perfect strip down his face, and his shiny bay roan color. Dusty is as gentle and talented as he is pretty!
Dusty is a four year old gelding with his entire life ahead of him!
He stands the perfect size 14.2 hhs, with a lot of shape and good boned. He is an easy going and fun all around horse.
Dusty is special to us as we have raised him from baby till now. We have had the pleasure of starting him and doing all the training on him, and he's been so much fun to work with all the way through.
Through our program we strive to make our horses do a little bit of everything, and get them use to all different things. With that being said Dusty has seen all different things. Countless miles on trails, checking fences, moving cattle, ponying colts, to even doing some ranch classes. Dusty does it all well and has been enjoyed by all who have ridden him.
From crossing logs, water, bridges going up and down steep hills Dusty does it all without any hesitation. He has been ridden in heavy traffic down the highway, went through parades, and in town and he takes it all in stride. Dusty has been hauled to several different overnight trail rides, has a lot of miles and exposures to different types of areas. He is sure footed, confident and will take care of you.
Dusty is well trained in the arena as well. He collects up nice, will move off your legs, and  pivots around beautiful both ways. Dusty side pass both ways with ease, has a solid one hand neck rein, and a great stop. Dusty walks out nicely, trot nicely both ways, and has a smooth lope both directions. He is gentle, athletic, willing and so much fun!
Dusty is one that loves to work and has a trainable mind. You can do ranch work one day, and go on a relaxing trail ride the next day. He is very well mannered on the ground as well, he is a respectfully gentlemen! Dusty is great in the trailer, he loads and unloads with no hesitation. Loves all the attention, loves to be groomed, and is great for baths. Dusty is up to date on his vaccine, and sells 100% sound
